Since 2010 StartupSmart has been Australia’s no.1 publication for the startup community and those interested in the startup movement globally. Publishing news, information and advice daily, and placing itself squarely at the centre of the government’s national innovation agenda, StartupSmart is a leading participant in the momentum that surrounds the world’s focus on technology, creativity and entrepreneurialism.
Zoe Dattner is the publisher of StartupSmart and its sister publication SmartCompany. Formerly, Zoe worked in the book trade for fifteen years, principally in the small press sector, as founder and director of Sleepers Publishing, and general manager of the Small Press Network. A passion for and intense curiosity in digital publishing ever since the iPhone was invented combined with a lifelong involvement in small business makes StartupSmart and SmartCompany pretty much the ideal home for Zoe.
Denham Sadler is the editor of StartupSmart. He was previously a journalist at the publication and has worked as a freelancer for the Guardian, the Saturday Paper and the ABC. In his spare time he likes puns and jaffles.
Dinushi Dias is a journalist at StartupSmart and multimedia content producer. When she’s out of the office, she works on social projects with her We Love It Productions family and buddying filmmakers.
