Any recommendations for CRM systems?
Hi
I'm looking into CRM systems and would like to know what your experiences (both good and bad) have been.I want to be able to capture online enquiries and set up automated processes for each stage of the enquiry.If you can recommend one it would be greatly appreciated.

We use vTiger CRM version 5, it is supplied under a General Public Licence as such it is free of chatge but read the terms and conditions before making any modifications.
It is an excellent product that does everything we want.

Could be worth checking out Zoho, that seems to be quite popular. I have used Sugar which is over complex, and Insightly which is quite simple and won't really do what you are talking about. Salesforce and Infusionsoft are 2 big ones too. Good luck.
