start-up-idea-gymGyms and restaurants are set to cash in on our New Year’s resolutions, suggesting there are opportunities for start-ups to get a piece of the action.

According to IBISWorld general manager Karen Dobie, losing weight and getting fit are usually our most popular resolutions.

Dobie forecasts a boom for gyms, while our love of dining out is set to fuel strong revenue bumps for restaurants and cafés.
