Great customer service can solidify a client relationship for life. It is my personal belief that when a company values its customers, they feel respected and important. When this happens, life-long relationships are established. And, great relationships mean more loyalty and of course, more sales. Just by changing the way your business treats and views its clients can make a huge difference to the bottom line.
After many years of working for large corporations, I decided to venture out on my own. Having an entrepreneurial spirit and mind, it was only natural for me to be interested in starting my own company.
In 2009, I established Customer Service Specialists, where I could share my experience with others and complete Customer Service trainings to make businesses stand out from their competitors.
What I like the most about the work that we do is that each day is exciting and challenging as we partner with our clients business’s to find solutions to their customer retention and management problems.
