Joint Venture Group

Joint Venture Group is a consultancy that offers a range of employment services to the construction, property, manufacturing and engineering sectors.
The name of the business mirrors the founders’ stated desire to take a “joint interest” in clients’ job search or research needs.
Stuart Campbell and Heath Bradshaw were managers at multinational recruitment firms and found that their employers were, in their words, “sacrificing client service by filling jobs with anyone they could find just to meet ridiculous KPIs”.
Joint Venture Group has looked to set itself apart by focusing on candidates who have a “positive attitude, are reliable and skilled”. The focus on quality, rather than quantity, has allowed the business to build up a good reputation in its target sectors.
The duo state: “We don't strive to be the biggest but we want to be the best. We want to deliver the best service to each of our clients on every single occasion. We want to be regarded by our clients as the best recruitment company they have come across.”
The approach appears to have paid off, with the company posting revenue well on its way to $3 million.
