Create a quick rule in Outlook

If you’ve played around with Outlook Express before, you’ll know you’re able to create rules about which messages go where. There’s a shortcut for doing this.
Just highlight any message in your inbox, then choose the “rules” message at the top of the screen.
There, you’ll be able to choose a few options, including whether to move every message from the recipient you’ve highlighted.
