It prides itself on staff accessibility and commitment \u2013 according to the company its clients work 24 hours a day, so they need to be contactable all day and night too.<\/p>\n

Company founder Ashley Smith says the idea was sparked by personal experiences with recruitment companies, who were impersonal and only worried about placing a candidate.<\/p>\n

Another incentive was to break the monopoly held by larger recruitment companies such as Hays.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u201cWe started the business to make a difference and give an opportunity to those who may not otherwise have gained employment within the mining industry,\u201d Smith says.<\/p>\n

He says the company has taken a fresh approach to recruitment that reflects the varied needs of his client base.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur primary method of sourcing potential employees is online through both traditional and non traditional online media.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis has resulted in a substantial candidate database covering a diverse range of roles.\u201d<\/p>\n
