I implemented policy, procedures and streamlined business processes,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAt 19, I managed a service department for a medical research company, managing five male engineers. At this point, I projected confidence and high self esteem.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Perhaps it was her confidence that made Hobson\u2019s employer, Jo Burston, invite Hobson to go into business with her.
