The critical thing to business growth is your ability to listen. We were given to ears and one mouth for a reason.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Meq4808ZOIM?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Simson says one of the many things she has learnt from Shark Tank is founders can often get in the way of their own success.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAny great leader listens far more than they speak,\u201d Simson says.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey ask the curious question. They ask the right question. And that\u2019s our job.
