We build and manage ongoing teams in the Philippines in particular,\u201d Ernst says.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ernst says the increasing demand for outsourcing has changed the dynamic of outsourcing tasks, as more work is sent overseas and both parties\u2019 expectations evolve.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPeople often make the mistake of trying to outsource a person, but it\u2019s about taking tasks offshore, especially the low-value repetitive tasks.
