I\u2019m seeing very little return for my efforts so far. What tips do you have to stay motivated and positive during the early phase of a business? <\/span><\/p>\n

The most important thing to do is remain positive. Being negative when faced with an obstacle is like taking the easy way out.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Stop to take a breather and re-evaluate your goals, strategies and your achievements to date.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I think it’s very important to set yourself realistic and achievable targets and know how to measure them. When you can measure your progress it’s easier to stay on track and keep motivated.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The sense of achievement you get from reaching a goal will encourage you to keep going. Sometimes I find it\u2019s about gaining momentum, so start with something small to get the ball rolling and the rest should follow quite naturally.<\/p>\n
