It helps small business owners tweak everything from their website to their online marketing.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI was running a digital agency and found that I had two types of \u2018customers\u2019 come to me who I couldn\u2019t help,\u201d says Tweaky co-founder Ned Dwyer.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFirst was those who had a website built by another agency and needed to make a few small updates. We couldn\u2019t help because, with our model, we have minimum project fees.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe second type was family and friends who always wanted help with small projects.
