Until now, that is.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to Council of Small Business of Australia executive director Peter Strong \u2013 with a little help from YouTube \u2013 that message is now going viral. In fact, earlier this morning, the clip was doing the rounds here at Taskmaster Towers.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Strong recorded a rap music video on behalf of small business owners and entrepreneurs across the nation, telling Kevin Rudd to start keeping it real on red tape. It\u2019s a battle rap against bureaucracy.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>While it probably won\u2019t force the likes of Snoop Dogg, Dr Dre or Kanye West to update their CVs just yet, the clip turned out better than you might imagine.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If it hasn\u2019t shown up in your email or on your Twitter feed yet, here\u2019s the video everyone\u2019s talking about:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"445\" height=\"250\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Cg4x3dQVtqs?rel=0\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Now, you might think it\u2019s a little silly. But it\u2019s novelty value that causes videos to go viral on social media sites, including YouTube.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>So Old Taskmaster says it\u2019s time to take a leaf out of Peter Strong\u2019s book. If you use YouTube as one of your social media channels, don\u2019t just upload a boring old ad.
