Coachy has the potential to go global<\/a>. The story attracted a comment from a StartupSmart<\/i> reader, who wrote: \u201cAnd now look at Coachy. Stuffed. Dead. Inert.\u201d<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
Liubinskas says while Coachy is \u201ccertainly not dead\u201d, it has been put on hold \u201cfor the time being\u201d to address technical issues.<\/p>\n

\u201cUp to 200 coaches were using the platform and we got great feedback from them. The market position was strong,\u201d he says.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut in terms of the browser face of the video technology, it was too unreliable.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
\u201cOne of the fundamentals of Coachy is obviously streaming and, until the NBN arrives in Australia, we\u2019re going to be struggling to produce high quality video.\u201d<\/p>\n

But Liubinskas insists Coachy is still in the game, saying it will probably be back up and running by March or April.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s absolutely still in play and we\u2019re really excited about the customers we\u2019re working with,\u201d he says.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
As for Grana, Liubinskas says he has \u201ctaken a sabbatical at the moment\u201d, but remains a director and advisor to Coachy.<\/p>\n
