\u201cSometimes you\u2019ve got to shatter some illusions,\u201d Baxter tells StartupSmart.<\/em><\/p>\n

While it\u2019s all well and good to talk about failure, Baxter says that the serious consequences when a business collapses shouldn’t be ignored.<\/p>\n

Baxter says the broader public and government should give failed founders a second chance, but entrepreneurs should never take this for granted.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou get to some of these journeys and you just want to pat the guys on the back and say, \u2018you know, you gave it a good shot\u2019, and you get to others and you really don\u2019t want to look them in the face,\u201d he says.<\/p>\n
